All registrations for workshops/events must be made in advance. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated on the respective workshop/event page.
In the event of cancellation by MappedSkills, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. However, no refunds will be issued in circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
To cancel, please submit a written request via email at email@example.com. Please note that only cancellation requests submitted in writing will be considered valid.
Should you wish to transfer your place to a friend or family member, we require at least 5 days notice before the workshop/event and prior approval from MappedSkills.
If a participant has accidentally overpaid (e.g., purchased the same course/workshop/event/service multiple times), upon request, a 100% refund (minus a 3% non-refundable processing fee) will be provided.
