Refund Policy for MappedSkills Marketing

At MappedSkills Marketing, we strive to ensure a positive experience for all our customers. This Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by MappedSkills Marketing, including but not limited to online courses, offline training sessions, workshops, digital products, and physical products.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases, including online courses, workshops, training sessions, digital and physical products, are final. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances as outlined below. We encourage you to contact us at info@mappedskills.com for any questions or clarifications prior to making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • MappedSkills Cancellations: If MappedSkills Marketing cancels a workshop, training, or event for any reason, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Duplicate Payments: In cases of accidental overpayments or duplicate purchases, a 100% refund (minus a 3% non-refundable processing fee) will be provided upon request.

  • Digital Product Defects: If a digital product (e.g., an eBook, downloadable guide) is found to be defective or inaccessible, a replacement or full refund will be issued within 7 days of purchase, provided that the issue cannot be resolved.

  • Physical Product Return: Physical products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received in a damaged condition.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend a workshop or event. Please ensure you are committed before making a purchase.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued in circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, strikes) that prevent MappedSkills Marketing from delivering a workshop, training, or event.

5. Transfers and Substitutions

  • Transfer to Another Participant: If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us at least 5 days in advance via email at info@mappedskills.com to seek approval for the transfer.

  • Course Transfers: If applicable, online course enrollments may be transferred to a different course of equivalent value upon written request, subject to availability and approval.

6. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@mappedskills.com. Requests will only be considered valid if submitted by the original purchaser. Please provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Order number and date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

7. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Products: Downloadable content, such as eBooks, PDFs, templates, or other digital products, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless a technical issue prevents usage.

  • Gift Cards and Coupons: Any purchases made using gift cards or promotional coupons are non-refundable.

9. Changes to This Policy

MappedSkills Marketing reserves the right to revise or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to purchases made after the update.
