ClassPe
Social media strategy and content for a personalised coaching brand
ClassPe’s coaching brand grew by word of mouth, but its social media didn’t show what set it apart. We built its social media strategy, narrative and content.

The problem
A strong offer, known mostly by word of mouth
ClassPe offers personalised coaching for academic and competitive exams, including the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). Its brand awareness was good but limited, and came mostly from word of mouth, in a highly competitive education market.
A clear difference, not clearly shown: ClassPe offers focused, personalised coaching in which each student is valued and respected, with a strong focus on results. Its social media did not communicate that clearly or consistently.
Unplanned content: Posts were haphazard, so individual pieces did not add up to a brand story.
Word of mouth has limits: To reach a larger audience, ClassPe needed social media to build wider recognition and credibility.
What we did
Give every post a job in one brand story
Our insight: ClassPe didn’t lack things to say. It needed a structure that made each post part of a larger story.
A social media strategy: An overall strategy for ClassPe’s Instagram and YouTube channels.
Content pillars and a brand narrative: Built around personalised coaching, respect for each student and a focus on outcomes.
Social media content: We created content for ClassPe’s channels, including influencer-led content, built on those pillars and that narrative.
A content focus on the IAT: Content intended to support admissions to ClassPe’s IAT programmes, online and offline.
A recommendation for paid campaigns: We recommended paid campaigns as an extra way to grow. ClassPe’s in-house team ran them.
The impact
Early days: a more organised presence, not yet a measured result
The work began in July 2026, so it is too early for a reliable before-and-after on admissions, enquiries or followers. The early change is in how ClassPe presents itself on social media.
Documented outcomes

Documented outcome
One consistent story
Its personalised, student-focused and results-oriented approach is communicated more consistently.
Documented outcome
Dedicated IAT content
Content focused on the IAT is in place to support admissions to its programmes.
